The flaw within science is that you can take random pieces of information from various sources and make a disjointed jigsaw based upon heresay and age old prophecies and these disparate fragments can be woven into information put forward as fact, the thing is if these prophecies stated that aliens were going to walk into the white house and prove their existence it would be dismissed as hokum by an unintelligent race of people from a third world existence and would have little or no attention paid to it but because it suggests the possible annihilation of life on earth it is bought as fact, ancient civilisations have been trying to predict the future since time immomorial, cave dwellers painted pictures trying to depict a future existence, Egyptian heiroglyphics told of life in their day but no-one can predict the future, astrologers scan the sky for new stars and planets in the hope it points to celestial activity where they may plot the movement of the planets, weathermen try and predict weather patterns and are mostly wrong, these things are ecological and only earth itself will react to events around it or upon it and these usually relate to natural disaster and cannot be predicted, if we could predict certain outcomes we would never venture out of the front door, when you expect one thing the other usually happens, it's called chaos theory, if i could predict I would see my own death and nobody can foresee that otherwise we would live in a perpetual state of fear of death and we dont because not knowing when we are going to die allows us to live a full and free life in the natural order of things, we have created the fear about 2012 by watching hollywood movies based upon what exactly or listening to scientists and other boffins who use ill informed sources to relay supposede facts, no-one knows what will happen in 2012, probably nothing, it is scaremongering on a huge scale.

Stupid post.... Kaliyug will not end in 2012..I think the person who posted doesnot have knowledge one anything, simply scrapped his post

Earth will be there as long as Sun will be there.
As per scriptures, Kaliyug lasts for 432000years, we just completed 5000years..still more to go..
2012 some changes gonna happen, thats for sure, thats as per the Astrology, theres some changes in Planetary position,which is definetly gonna have some impact on Earth,it need not be disaster, anythng can happen,... for more info please read 2012 by Guruji Krishnanda, Study center.
