End of Earth reality from Hindu Books (End of world in 2012 by Lord Shiva which means Kali yuga will end in 2012)
May be Hindu Lord Shiva is coming back in 2012 to end the kalyyug and give the world a new dimension called Satya Yug. He may come in any form, Comets, Sun like Fire ball, EarthQuakes, Tsunami, Planet X or even World War III. Why??? We broke god's rules and we are not human beings anymore. We are like animals.

In the book While the Gods Play, he quotes the Linga Purana and derives numbers from it much different than those in the traditional interpretation described previously. In this version, the life span of the gods is 4,320,000 human years. This period is divided into 71.42 manvantaras. Each manvantara is divided into the four yugas: Satya, Treta, Dvapara, and Kali. As a result, the length of these yugas is as follows:
Satya (or Krita) Yuga: 24,195 human years.
Treta Yuga: 18,146 human years.
Dvapara Yuga: 12,097 human years.
Kali Yuga: 6,048,72 human years.
By Danielou's reckoning, Kali Yuga began in 3012 B.C. and will end in 2442 A.D. By that point, the last traces of the present human race will have disappeared. We are supposed to be the seventh manifestation of the human race; the previous ones appeared in 419,964 B.C.; 359,477 B.C.; 298,990 B.C.; 238,503 B.C.; 178,016 B.C.; and 118,529 B.C. Our race appeared in 58,042 B.C., which according to Danielou corresponds to the advent of Cro-Magnon man. Danielou also suggests that Neanderthal man might be the race that precedes ours.
Danielou's version thus differs from the usual theory in the following ways:
He takes 4,320,000 as the lifespan of the gods, rather than the length of a maha yuga.
He divides the 4,320,000 period into 71.42 manvantaras, rather than dividing a kalpa into 14 manvantaras. His manvantaras are thus much shorter than in the usual version.
He states that each manvantara contains a single mahayuga, instead of the usual 71 maha yugas. His maha yugas are thus much shorter than in the usual version.
Danielou makes a couple of other comments worth mentioning. On the subject of why the scriptures portray a year as 360 days in length, he states
The number of days in a year is not constant. The rhythm of the earth's rotation varies over very long periods. A figure of 360 is considered to be the average.
In referring to the cyclical nature of the ages, Danielou also makes the following very interesting statement:
The circle is an illusion, for the cosmic mechanism is in reality always formed of spirals. Nothing ever returns to its point of departure. However, the circle does give us a simplified image.
Unfortunately, he does not expand on this concept any further.

if you divide it by 60 you get 7200 years.

According to the Vedic scriptures, our current age, known as Kali-yuga, is one of spiritual darkness, violence and hypocrisy. Srimad-Bhagavatam (12.2.31) records Kali-yuga as having begun when the constellation of the seven sages (saptarsi) passed through the lunar mansion of Magha. Hindu astrologers have calculated this to have been 2:27 a.m. on February 18, 3102 BC. This took place some 36 years after Lord Krsna spoke Bhagavad-gita to Arjuna.
As of May 18, 2005, 5106 years had elapsed in the Hindu calendar, so this is the 5112th Hindu calendar year.
scholars have relied on this inscription found in the Jain Temple at Aihole prepared by one Chalukya King Pulakeshi. It says, according to scholars, that the temple was constructed in 30+3000+700+5 = 3735 years, after the Bharat War and 50+6+500 = 556 years of Shaka era in Kali era. Today Shaka era is 1910. Hence 1910- 556 = 1354 years ago the temple was constructed. Thus the year of inscribing this note is 634 AD. At this time 3735 years had passed from the Bharat War. So the date of the War comes to 3101 BC. This is also the date of Kali Yuga Commencement. Naturally, it is evident that relying on the beginning of Kaliyuga Era and holding that the War took place just before the commencement of Kaliyuga, this inscription is prepared.
The greatest astronomer and mathematician, Aryabhatt, was born in 476 AD. His work in astronomy is an asset to the scholars. He gave an accurate figure for pi () 3.1416. He finished his book “Aryabhattiya” in 499 AD in which he gives the exact year of the beginning of kaliyug.
He writes,
“When the three yugas (satyug, tretayug and dwaparyug) have elapsed and 60 x 60 (3,600) years of kaliyug have already passed, I am now 23 years old.” It means that in the 3,601st year of Kali era he was 23 years old. Aryabhatt was born in 476 AD. Thus, the beginning of kaliyug comes to 3,601 - (476 + 23) = 3102 BC.

There is only a difference of 12 years between the Hindu's beginning of the Kali Yuga and the Mayan's beginning of the Fifth Great Cycle.It is also about 5113 solar years of 365.24 days per year, and is day number 1,867,817 into the Kali Yuga.
A human year in accordance with the human calculation is one day and one night of the Devas [the higher demigods]. This is the conclusion in this scripture." (Vayu Purana 57.10-12).Therefore,Three hundred and sixty five .24 days according to human calculation constitute one divine day.
The above computation of Kali Yuga 4,32,000 years if calculated in divine days would be 1182.783 divine years. And the days would be 431999.999 or 432000 divine days.
According to scholars,there are actually ten Tantric goddesses and parts of Kali, personifying her different facets. Seven of them represent creative forces embodies in Kali, and the remaining three embody her destructive nature and aspects. In the context of Hindu mythology, the origin of the ten Mahavidyas takes place in the story of Sati and Shiva.
3888000/9parts = 432000 last one part/ultimate destruction/kaliyug.
So let us divide the number 432000 by 3 destructive aspects of Shakti.The figure comes to 1,44,000.
or 144000 divine days
or 20 k'atuns (144,000 days) made up a b'ak'tun as per Mayan calendar.
No body can predict the date of destruction but it is absolutely certain that it is quite near. The saturation point of evil has already being achieved.
And further it would take 10000years in Satya yug to attain Moksha but in Kaliyug it can be acheived only in 100years. And indeed Kaliyug is divine and is the manifestation of modernity and scientific innovation and can considered to divine days of Gods/Devas .

I don't know wether it was Karma that I suffered 35 years at the hands of my mother in law who turned out to practice withcraft, but I do know that it was Lord Shiva's intervention that helped us to be free of the evil spirits she had called upon to destroy the lives of my son and I. No one has the answer to when this era will end and so it is best not to be a part of what it stands for. Always seek the path of rightousness, pray and chant the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra to Lord Shiva`s Yantra and also fast on Ekadashi. The bible too talks about the Kalyug…as the end times. Here is what it says:
Matthew 24:29-31:
29 "Immediately after the distress of those days " 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
30 "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.
31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
There are many, many more references….but one thing is for sure….Jesus will come back a second time. And though the first time He came to save people from sin and to give them eternal life, the second time He will come to judge them. Only those who have accepted the sacrifice of Christ will be declared blameless, all others will have to give an account.
Instead of calling names, I beseech you to turn to the books of Revelation, John and Acts (in that order) to find out how and why you need not fear what will happen in Kalyug.

Two days ago I had a dream that Lord Shiva would be not coming to the Earth but he will start his work from the Moon and destroy the land in which we live. Later, he will pacify everything and everything will be clean as a slate forever and become Normal. Lord Shiva has also specified the names to be used for our children, a male & a female too would be born for us. Isn't it quite strange that I had this dream, this does mean something would happen in 2012 so better be watchful friends

According to hindu the supreme is the vishnu who in his avatar as krishna revealed this to arjuna in geeta that there is no second to him and everything from a micro organism or minute particles to the massive gaint cosmos exist and moves at his will. Very interesting stuff. Is there a precise date and time that Kalyug is expected to "end"? I read a lot of mixed information about how we are in a ascending period of Kalyug and how in 2012 we will shift to the descending period and that will last a couple of hundred years, etc...

We have to take this on account... For Krishna manifesting as Gouranga all the predictions and yuga calculations in the books don't apply. Nobody really knows what's gonna happen on 21/Dec/12, we lack Cayces at this moment of history.
It doesn't matter if there is 1 year or 400000 left of Kaliyug, we don't know what's gonna happen until we are at the door of the singularity.
Watch out for when things start becoming red, (oxide particles from planet x tail when the cataclism begins) it may be the end approaching.
