Well, these people believe it and have been following before our ancestors were born. They believe that their ancestors are coming back. Ancestors? The people who they worship and who built the pyramids for them to survive and live. Western countries may take ancestors as Jesus while Asian people may believe that Hindu or Muslim Gods are coming back. Until now, however, the records of UFO like objects in 2009, predictions of the Mayans, Hinduism, Bible, NASA and many others point to the same thing, dec 21 2012. Pretty confusing, isn't it?

what if he is really telling the truth? i'd rather err on the side of safety....better alive than sorry.

If Mayans are True then why not call them and ask them about weather predictions, world predictions, oil predictions, disaster predictions and many more....why just 2012?

The Mayan elder is correct. Just as President Franklin Roosevelt said, "The only thing we have to fear is fear itself". The same applies here. We are moving forward into a new age, an age of technological wonders. Prepare your hearts and minds, people get ready!

God sends only the messages he wants people to believe I am no mayan but I do a dreams that come true n god spoke to me n told me to get my family ready so I am with the first person rather be safe then sorry
n why wud our govt tell the world u got a yr to live I am sure it wont happen that excact date but the world is changin everyday tornadoes typoons n earthquakes all mentioned in the bible as well most religions point to the end of man kind so why is it so hard to believe it is possible now
